Yesterday I was making the 4+ hour drive to Key West, which is mostly done on a two-lane road all the way down. If traffic's slow, you can't really do anything about it, so I was looking at all the touristy billboards on our way through the Keys. We came across one that was just a huge picture of a fish sandwich, and it said "Try our famous fish sandwich!" I instantly turned to Maggie and excitedly said, "If Patrick was here he'd be all over that!" Then I got sad. How's it going to feel when we forget what each other would like? Do I really want to live in a world where I don't instantly think about Patrick when I see a huge fish sandwich and a tenuous claim of it being "famous?" Then I went on a ghost tour, which was almost -- but not quite -- as entertaining as Ghost Dad.
